Shipping Rates & Methods

• Express Shipping: 1-5 business days - 4$

Please note: Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and external factors like customs processing or carrier delays.

Order Processing Time

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

• High Volume Periods: During high-volume periods, such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Restrictions

• P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are typically collected upon delivery.

 

Shipping Delays

Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If you’re still unable to locate your package, contact us at info@hobobeirut.com within 4 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a solution.

Changes & Cancellations

• Order Changes: Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address or shipping method. Please ensure all information is correct before submitting your order.

• Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to cancel the order if it has already been processed or shipped.
